Serving Fairfield, Iowa

“MAF is a life-saver. When a close friend of mine became critically ill, MAF provided much-needed support and provided him with thousands of dollars in medical assistance within a few days. We are deeply indebted to MAF and its generous donors for making it so easy and simple to obtain emergency funds that significantly reduced a huge financial burden.”

Good Days

The fund-raising arm of Chronic Disease Fund—the nation's largest copay organization—Good Days™ is one of the few charitable organizations that provides financial assistance and medication to patients who cannot afford the medications they so desperately need.

Chronic Disease Fund exists solely to improve the health and quality of life of patients with chronic disease, cancer, or other life-altering conditions. We believe that no one should have to choose between getting the medication they need and affording the necessities of everyday living.

Health Resources and Services Administration

An Agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, HRSA provides funds to Health Centers, hospitals, and other care facilities to help people get health care they can afford.

Health centers provide health and dental care to people of all ages, whether or not they have health insurance or the money to pay for health care.

Partnership for Prescription Assistance

The Partnership for Prescription Assistance helps qualifying patients without prescription drug coverage get the medicines they need for free or nearly free.

Our mission is to increase awareness of patient assistance programs and boost enrollment of those who are eligible. We offer a single point of access to more than 475 public and private programs, including nearly 200 offered by pharmaceutical companies. We have already helped millions of Americans get free or reduced-cost prescription medicines.

BRIDGES TO ACCESS® offers non-oncology medicines—at no cost—to patients who qualify.
